Personality Assessment Personality And Work Ethics Essay

Introduction Everyone possesses their own distinct personality. According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, â€Å"personality is defined as the set of emotional qualities and ways of behaving that makes a person different from other people†. My personality simply defines how others view me and most importantly the authenticity of who I am. Some people are prone to having outgoing personalities, while I prefer to be alone. After taking the Jung Typology Test, I understand my personality even more. This personality assessment will document my personality type test outcome. This assessment describes my interpersonal relations, personality type and work ethics. Personality Assessment I took the Jungo Typology personality typing assessment. The test consist of the elements of Carl Jung and Isabel Briggs Myers personality theory. Jung classifies individual personalities by using their preference of the general attitude extraverted-introverted, functioning perception: sensing-Intuition, and functions of judging: thinking-feeling. Isabel Briggs Meyers contributed the fourth criteria judging-perceiving. Taking the Jungo Typology test formulates and combines the measures of the four criteria preferences. My personality type was determined and used to gain an understanding of myself and my personality traits that will impact my likeliness to succeed in life.
